From first question to keys
Understand
We start with a conversation — your budget, your timeline, your family, what worries you. No project names until we understand what you need.
Shortlist
We narrow the market down to 3–5 options that genuinely fit, each with honest pros and cons — and we tell you what we’d skip.
Visit
Guided site visits with transport arranged, or live video walkthroughs if you can’t be there. We point out what the sales team won’t.
Negotiate
We negotiate price, payment plans and offers on your behalf, and get you an all-inclusive cost sheet in writing.
Paperwork
We coordinate document checks, home loans and registration with lawyers and banks, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Handover — and after
We stay with you through possession, and we’re here when you want to rent it out or sell.
How we earn
Plainly: developers pay us, you don’t
Our advice, shortlists and site visits are free for buyers. When you buy through us, the developer pays us a fee. Because we work with many developers, we have no reason to push one project over another — our reputation depends on you being happy years later.
